Diona Maria Peterson, a 4-year-old girl, was last seen on October 4, 2005, in Santa Ana, California. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Mika Mochizuki, during a custody dispute. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for Mika in January 2007. Authorities believe that Mika took Diona to Japan, as Mika was born in Tokyo and has family there.
