Carlos Manuel Pina, a 3-year-old boy, was last seen on September 13, 2006, in Pacoima, California. Carlos, along with his younger sister Briza (2), and two other siblings, Dana (7) and Karla (10), disappeared under suspicious circumstances. Authorities believe the children were abducted by their non-custodial mother, who is thought to have taken them to Mexico.
