Jorge Hernandez-Sanchez, a 13-year-old boy from Plantation, Florida, went missing on May 29, 2007. Since then, there have been numerous efforts to locate him, but he has not been found. Jorge has a distinctive tattoo on his left upper arm, which might help in identifying him.
