Hemangini Kulshreshtha, a 1-year-old girl, was last seen on August 4, 2007, in Sacramento, California. Authorities believe she was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Rashmi Kulshreshtha, who also took Hemangini's older brother, Yashaswi. Hemangini's father had legal custody at the time of the abduction. The children were never returned, and it is believed that Rashmi may have fled with them to India.
