Jim Craig Martin, a 39-year-old man from Normangee, Texas, was last seen on August 6, 2007. He was in the 2900 block of Springfield Road with a group of people at the time of his disappearance. Witnesses reported seeing someone else driving his car, a Honda Accord, which was found abandoned and burned two days later in nearby Centerville. Despite immediate concerns from his family, law enforcement did not accept a missing person report until August 15, 2007, over a week after his last sighting.
