Staci Lei Paul, a 36-year-old woman from Kenosha, Wisconsin, was last seen on January 4, 2009. Early that morning, around 3:50 a.m., her vehicle was driven off a pier into Lake Michigan. The car was later recovered about fifty feet from the end of the pier, with one of its windows broken, but there was no sign of Staci inside or nearby. Investigators found no human remains in the vehicle and have since presumed her deceased, although her body has never been recovered.
