Evelyn Vasquez, a 48-year-old woman, was last seen on or around February 4, 2009, in Jersey City, New Jersey. She informed a friend that she was going out but never returned. Evelyn had a history of mental health issues and required medication, which adds to the concern surrounding her disappearance. She also did not have any teeth at the time she went missing. Prior to living in Jersey City, Evelyn had spent some time in Nashville, Tennessee.
