Jean Frottier, a 63-year-old commercial fisherman from Wellfleet, Massachusetts, went missing on November 18, 2012, after his fishing vessel, the *Twin Lights*, capsized off the coast of Provincetown, near Race Point. Frottier and his deckhand, Eric Rego, were scalloping when the boat encountered trouble, likely due to entangled gear.
