Jean Frottier, a 63-year-old commercial fisherman from Wellfleet, Massachusetts, went missing on November 18, 2012, after his fishing vessel, the *Twin Lights*, capsized off the coast of Provincetown, near Race Point. Frottier and his deckhand, Eric Rego, were scalloping when the boat encountered trouble, likely due to entangled gear. While Rego was rescued by a nearby vessel, Frottier tragically disappeared with his boat as it sank into the waters.
