James Marten, a 49-year-old man from Omaha, Nebraska, was last seen on December 10, 2012. That morning, he left for work after speaking with his wife and later spoke to her again on the phone around 2:45 p.m. He was supposed to pick up his son from school but never arrived, and no one has seen or heard from him since.
