Maegan Hembree, a 30-year-old woman from Smyer, Texas, was last seen on February 26, 2013. She left her home around 6:30 p.m. in a red 1999 Saturn to visit a friend's house in Lubbock but never arrived. Later, her car was found in the possession of Michael Todd Ramsey, a man she had known for a couple of months and the last person seen with her.
