Jeronimo Rubio-Hernandez, a 40-year-old man, went missing on July 27, 2013, in Falfurrias, Texas. He was part of a group of around 19 individuals crossing into the United States on July 25, 2013. After walking for three days through harsh terrain, Jeronimo collapsed and was left behind by the group near a highway, reportedly close to an abandoned windmill before they could reach a checkpoint.
