Armando is described as a Hispanic male, standing at 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing around 170 pounds. He has black hair, which he wore in a short low haircut or a bald fade, brown eyes, and a short beard. A very distinct and large green tattoo of a cross with angel wings is prominently displayed on the front of his neck. At the time of his disappearance, he resided in the McKinley Park neighborhood of Chicago. His family has indicated that he was known to frequent the area of the 2000 block of West 35th Street in Chicago. Adding another layer to the search, it is known that he also often visited the 7200 block of West 24th Street in Gary, Indiana.
