Richard Kirby Windsor, a 31-year-old from South Burlington, Vermont, disappeared on January 27, 1971, after boarding a private jet headed for Providence, Rhode Island. The aircraft, a Jet Commander, was carrying two pilots, George Nikita and Donald Myers, along with Windsor and two other passengers, Robert Williams and Frank Wilder.
