Mary Robinson, a 22-year-old woman from Rochester, New York, was last seen on June 10, 1976. At the time of her disappearance, her life was marked by personal struggles. She was legally married, but her husband had left her for her sister, and she had recently begun engaging in prostitution. On the night she vanished, Robinson was wearing a black dress with red trim, a matching vest, and white open-toed shoes. She was carrying a white vinyl purse.
