On January 13, 1994, 43-year-old Frances Vigneri Clark completed her shift at work on Water Street in Rochester, New York, and was never seen or heard from again. A resident of Rochester in Monroe County, her sudden disappearance left her community and family searching for answers. At the time she went missing, Frances was described as a white female, standing at 5'4" and weighing 120 pounds, with both brown hair and brown eyes. A noticeable scar was present on her abdomen. When she was last seen, it is believed she was wearing a long brown winter coat and black slacks. The investigation into Frances's disappearance began after she failed to return home from her job. A significant development in the case came with the discovery of her vehicle, a 1992 purple Camaro, which was found abandoned off of Kings Highway.
