Jacqueline Lucille Cooper, aged 27, was last seen on November 12, 1976, in Modesto, California. On the day of her disappearance, she withdrew $4,000 from her bank account and left with James Carlin Toliver, a coworker at the Tri/Valley Growers cannery. Cooper’s family indicated that Toliver had threatened her, stating that he would harm her family if she did not go with him. Jacqueline was never seen again after that encounter.
