Carl Wing, a 51-year-old man from Lorain, Ohio, went missing on October 24, 1983. He was last seen on Lake Erie, where he had been on his boat. The boat was later discovered abandoned, but there was no sign of Carl. One notable detail is that he had a steel pin in his ankle, which could aid in identifying him if his remains are found.
