John Truett, a 25-year-old man, went missing on May 21, 1985, from DeLeon Springs, Florida. At the time of his disappearance, Truett stood approximately 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighed about 150 pounds. He had distinct physical features, including missing front teeth and two red heart tattoos on his right shoulder. Truett also suffered from epileptic seizures, which may have been relevant to his case.
