Alan Keith Stanfill, a 24-year-old man, went missing on January 13, 1988, from Macclenny, Florida. On that day, Stanfill left the Northeast Florida State Hospital, a psychiatric facility, without authorization, and he has not been seen since. Authorities have speculated that he might have been suffering from amnesia at the time of his disappearance, adding to the difficulty in locating him.
Stanfill was known to have a scar on his left wrist and was about 6 feet tall, weighing between 120 and 140 pounds, with brown, curly hair and brown eyes.
