Alan Keith Stanfill, a 24-year-old man, went missing on January 13, 1988, from Macclenny, Florida. On that day, Stanfill left the Northeast Florida State Hospital, a psychiatric facility, without authorization, and he has not been seen since. Authorities have speculated that he might have been suffering from amnesia at the time of his disappearance, adding to the difficulty in locating him.
