Timothy Lee Keays, a 32-year-old Vietnam veteran, was last seen on June 27, 1989, at the campus of Southern Oregon State College (now Southern Oregon University) in Ashland, Oregon. At the time of his disappearance, he was living with his mother in Talent, Oregon. Keays had been taking medication for respiratory problems, but no significant personal items or clues were found when he went missing.
