On a Halloween evening in 1990, 27-year-old Scott Edward McDonald vanished from his home in Kenai, Alaska. He had spent part of the evening at a friend's house before returning to his own residence on K-Beach Road. Upon his return, he filled a candy bowl, presumably for any trick-or-treaters that might stop by. This simple, seasonal act would be one of the last known things he did.
