On a cold evening in January 1991, 39-year-old Jennifer Lynn DeLap was last seen at her residence on Southeast Bohna Park Road in Boring, Oregon. What happened to the mother, who sometimes went by the surnames Storgard and Walling, remains a troubling mystery that has haunted her family for decades.
