Jennifer Lynn DeLap, 39, was last seen on January 16, 1991, at her home in Boring, Oregon. Her husband, Kim DeLap, claimed that Jennifer had left with an unidentified man in a white sedan to check into a six-month drug rehabilitation program in Newport. However, her family became suspicious when they stopped receiving her regular calls and letters. When they contacted the facility in Newport, they discovered that no such program existed there.
