In the summer of 1992, a 32-year-old U.S. Army veteran named Jackie Allen vanished from Carrollton, Ohio. He was last seen on June 19th of that year. At the time of his disappearance, Jackie was described as a white male with black hair and green eyes, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds.
