Shai Gitlis, a 22-year-old man originally from Moshav Fatzael in Israel, was last seen in West Hills, California, on March 28, 1994. He disappeared shortly after being involved in a motorcycle accident on the day of his last sighting. Despite the accident, there has been no confirmed information about his whereabouts since that time. Shai had served in the Israeli Defense Forces and had no known criminal history in either Israel or the United States.
