Gregory Smart, a 27-year-old man from Clayton, Missouri, was last seen on November 2, 1999. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a green shirt and tan pants. Gregory, who also went by the nickname "Greg," stood 6 feet tall, weighed around 230 pounds, and had distinguishing features such as scars on his right cheek and finger, as well as a tattoo on his upper left arm.
