Huston Elwood Cozart, a 73-year-old man from Jay, Florida, went missing on May 18, 2000, following a hit-and-run accident in Century, Florida. After the accident, Cozart crossed the state line to Brewton, Alabama, where he abandoned his vehicle and received a ride to his son's home in Jay.
