Nicholas Edward Welchlin has been missing since September 6, 2002, from the remote East Fork Dam area in Granite County, Montana. At the time of his disappearance, he was 37 years old. Welchlin is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, standing at 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds. He has tattoos on both arms and possibly on one of his legs. Concerns for his welfare arose when his vehicle and camping equipment were discovered left behind at the scene.
