Nicholas Edward Welchlin, a 37-year-old man, was last seen on September 6, 2002, near the East Fork Dam area in Granite County, Montana. Welchlin, who stood 6'1" tall and weighed approximately 175 pounds, had brown hair, blue eyes, and a tattoo on his right arm.
