In the late hours of March 3, 2004, a then 42-year-old man named Craig Kinner was last seen in Washington, Missouri. His disappearance began after he left his mother's residence, located in the 700 block of Fremont Street. On the night he went missing, Craig was reportedly wearing a turquoise sweatshirt, blue jeans, a tan cap, and tennis shoes. According to reports, before leaving, he made unsettling statements to both his mother and his wife, indicating he intended to jump into the river. ...
