Craig Steven Kinner, a 42-year-old man from Washington, Missouri, was last seen on the night of March 3, 2004. He left his mother’s home on Fremont Street around 11:00 p.m., telling her that he intended to jump into the nearby Missouri River. He also called his wife and made the same statement.
