In the late hours of March 3, 2004, a then 42-year-old man named Craig Kinner was last seen in Washington, Missouri. His disappearance began after he left his mother's residence, located in the 700 block of Fremont Street. On the night he went missing, Craig was reportedly wearing a turquoise sweatshirt, blue jeans, a tan cap, and tennis shoes.
