Allen Richard Garred, a 47-year-old man from Greenup, Kentucky, was last seen on March 31, 2006. At the time of his disappearance, Allen was reportedly walking on Winifred Street in Greenup. He is described as being approximately 5'9" tall, weighing around 150 pounds, with black shoulder-length hair and a goatee.
