In the spring of 2009, a cloud of concern gathered over Warren, Ohio, with the disappearance of 45-year-old Venessa Jones. She was last seen in the city on April 5, 2009, and has not been heard from since. At the time she went missing, Venessa was described as a Black female with black hair and brown eyes.
