Eveny Felix, a 6-year-old girl, was last seen on March 9, 2011, in Cathedral City, California. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Rojo, during an unsupervised visit. At the time, Eveny and her two younger brothers, Miguel and Louis, were under the custody of Child Protective Services. The visit was supposed to last only one hour at a local McDonald’s, but Rojo fled with her children instead. Rojo had previously lost custody after a dangerous incident in which she attempted ...
