Eveny Felix, a 6-year-old girl, was last seen on March 9, 2011, in Cathedral City, California. She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Rojo, during an unsupervised visit. At the time, Eveny and her two younger brothers, Miguel and Louis, were under the custody of Child Protective Services.
