Armando Heredia Arreola, a 32-year-old man, was last seen on September 11, 2011, attempting to cross into the United States at the Mexico-Texas border near Laredo. He was traveling with a group, most of whom were apprehended, but Armando and another individual fled into a rural area beyond the highway. Since that moment, there has been no trace of him.
