Jay Evans Farr, a 58-year-old man from Northport, Michigan, disappeared on October 15, 2011, under tragic circumstances. Farr, who worked as a caregiver, was last seen when he left work that morning to retrieve a dinghy moored off Northport Bay in Lake Michigan.
