In the small town of Imperial, Nebraska, the Thanksgiving holiday of 2022 took a tragic turn for a group of young friends. Jesse Krausnick, a 19-year-old White male, was home from his freshman year at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to celebrate with his family. On the night of November 24th, he was at a gathering at the home of his friend, 19-year-old Tristan Ferguson.
