Sebastian Lucas Conklin, a 5-year-old boy, was last seen on December 3, 2011, in Hallandale Beach, Florida. Sebastian, along with his 3-year-old sister Briana, was abducted by their non-custodial mother, Marcela Conklin. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for Marcela just two days later, on December 5, 2011. Authorities believe that Marcela took the children to Cochabamba, Bolivia, where they may still be living.
