Jannah Abuhamda, an 8-year-old girl from Overland Park, Kansas, was reported missing on February 21, 2012, along with her brothers, Edhem (10) and Jehad (13). The three siblings were allegedly abducted by their father, Ahmed Abuhamda, following a custody dispute. A federal warrant for Ahmed’s arrest was issued on April 26, 2012, for Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution. It is believed that he may have taken the children to the Gaza Strip, as Ahmed had family ties to the region.
