Stephen Allen Ducat, a 59-year-old man, was last seen on November 18, 2012, in Ashley, Indiana. On that day, his ex-wife gave him a ride and dropped him off at a gas station in Ashley. Ducat was reportedly meeting a woman he had connected with through Facebook. A week later, this woman informed his family that she had driven him to the Indiana-Ohio state line, where he mentioned he intended to walk to Defiance, Ohio. Since then, there has been no contact from Ducat, and his whereabouts remain unknown.
At the time of his disappearance, Ducat was described as being 5'7" tall and weighing around 160 pounds. He had gray hair, hazel eyes, and a tattoo on his right arm. It is believed that he was wearing his usual attire of jeans and a t-shirt, and possibly his eyeglasses. Both Indiana and Ohio law enforcement agencies have been involved in investigating his disappearance, but no significant leads have emerged.
His family continues to seek answers, and authorities encourage anyone with information to come forward to help solve the case.
