In the early morning hours of June 19, 2013, Shaniece Mona Briggs, a 26-year-old mother of four, was last seen at her apartment in the King-Lincoln Bronzeville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. Around 1:00 a.m., she walked out the back door of her residence, leaving it unlocked. Inside, her four young children, all under the age of seven, were asleep.
