On a cold evening in January 2018, a 19-year-old woman named Le-Shay Dungey vanished while on her way to visit a friend in Columbus, Ohio. That day, after spending time filling out job applications, she boarded a Central Ohio Transit Authority bus to travel to a friend's residence located near the Ohio State University campus.
