Leon Jacobs, a 39-year-old man from Detroit, Michigan, was last seen on November 9, 2013. He was residing at the Josephine House, an assisted living facility in Detroit, at the time of his disappearance. On the day he vanished, he was reportedly wearing a long-sleeved khaki shirt, khaki shorts, brown boots, and a black baseball cap. Jacobs has not been heard from since that day, and few details have emerged about the circumstances of his disappearance.
