Terkessa was driving a white 2009 Toyota Corolla with Arkansas license plate number 290 RHM, which has also never been located.
At the time of her disappearance, she was described as a Black female, 5'6" tall, and weighing around 195 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a tattoo of writing on her upper arm and pierced ears.
The disappearance of Terkessa Wallace is intertwined with the case of her childhood friend, Shequenia Burnett, who also went missing on the same day in North Little Rock. Initially, law enforcement did not connect the two cases. However, after examining their phone records, it was discovered that the two women had been in contact with each other right before they disappeared, and their phones last pinged off the same cell tower. Both women had a history of drug use. Tragically, in December 2015, a human leg found in the Arkansas River was identified as belonging to Shequenia Burnett, and her death was ruled a homicide. The rest of her remains have not been found. This discovery led to the suspicion of foul play in Terkessa's case as well.
