John Chesley, an 81-year-old man from Oroville, California, went missing on February 22, 2014. Chesley, who suffered from dementia and was hard of hearing, was last seen by neighbors at his home on Peak View Drive around 1 p.m. that day. He was reportedly doing yard work before wandering away from his property. When he disappeared, he was wearing a blue flannel shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
