Franklin "Frankie" James III, 22, was last seen on April 12, 2014, in Lakeland, Florida. On that day, he was dropped off at a Walgreens located on US Highway 98 North, just before 6:00 p.m. He exited the vehicle and has not been seen or heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, he was described as a Caucasian male standing about 5'10" and weighing 165 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes.
