In the spring of 2014, the life of Charles 'Bubba' Jackson Jr., a 33-year-old father of three from Alabama, took a devastating and mysterious turn. On May 23rd, he was last seen walking at the intersection of Moffett and Schillinger Roads in Citronelle, reportedly on his way to meet his girlfriend. He never arrived.
