Kimberly Cozart, also known as Kimberly Harper, was a 14-year-old girl who went missing from Julian, California, in February 1977. At the time, she was living on Banner Grade Road. The circumstances of her disappearance are largely unknown, and she has not been seen or heard from since.

Kimberly's disappearance occurred two years after her mother, Joyce Harper, went missing in January 1975 from Potrero, California. Both Kimberly and Joyce were not reported missing until December 19 ...
