In the early summer of 1980, a 23-year-old woman named Roxane Easland vanished from the streets of Anchorage, Alaska. She was last seen on the afternoon of June 28, 1980. For the two weeks prior to her disappearance, Roxane had been staying with her boyfriend at the Budget Motel on Spenard Road.
