Hollis LaVerne Dykes, a 49-year-old man from Elk City, Oklahoma, has been missing since June 6, 1983. Standing at 5'5" and weighing between 165 and 195 pounds, Dykes had brown hair, blue eyes, and a distinctive scar running from his underarm to his collarbone, a mark that he had carried for decades.
