Terry Lynn Gayton, also known as Terry Sovey, was last seen on September 22, 1984, in Millington, Michigan. At the time, she was reportedly involved in retail fraud activities with a man named William Bibby. The two were seen together in the Millington area, but her whereabouts became a mystery after that day. Bibby later told authorities that they had driven to a rural, swampy area where they argued, and she supposedly left with another individual while he abandoned the vehicle.
