Ruby McClain, a 61-year-old woman, was last seen on December 18, 1988, leaving the Crafts Farrow Hospital in Columbia, South Carolina, where she was a patient. She left the hospital on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. McClain, who was described as having white hair and blue eyes, stood about 5'2" to 5'3" and weighed between 175 and 185 pounds at the time of her disappearance.
