Julia Tang Kozicki, age 41, was last seen on December 13, 1989, in San Francisco, California. At the time of her disappearance, she was struggling with a behavioral disorder and was believed to be suicidal. Julia, who may have used the alias Suet Ming Tang, was of Asian descent, standing 5'1" tall and weighing approximately 120 pounds. She had black hair and brown eyes.
